Contact form
When you use the contact form, the information you provide (name, email address, message, and technical metadata related to the submission) is used only to answer your request and manage follow-up exchanges.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to professional or general enquiries sent through the website.
Recipients
Messages are sent to Depth Optica via email. The form is powered by FormSubmit, which acts as a technical processor and forwards submissions to the contact inbox. FormSubmit states that form submission data is forwarded and then deleted from its servers, and that the service is operated by Upsurge Ventures in Bangalore, India. This means some processing may occur outside the European Union.
Retention
Messages are kept only for the time necessary to process your request and any related follow-up. Unless a longer retention period is required for legal or evidentiary reasons, contact messages are generally not kept beyond three years after the last meaningful exchange.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your personal data, as well as restriction or objection where applicable, by contacting contact@depthoptica.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
YouTube videos
Videos hosted by YouTube are not loaded automatically on this website. A preview is shown first, and the YouTube player is loaded only after you click to load the video. Once loaded, YouTube/Google may process technical data related to your device and connection.
Cookies and audience tools
Depth Optica does not use additional analytics or advertising tools on this website. If embedded third-party content is loaded after user interaction, the corresponding third party may apply its own technical processing and privacy rules.
